Following the Regenerating Communities Conference in October 2025, the organising group heard loud and clear that people would like to continue to connect to build on some of the conversations initiated during the conference. Various organisations will host different offerings throughout the year. Hot House Living Lab is hosting the following event, with kind support from Maribyrnong City Council.
The Community Builder’s Journal book launch and connection event
Join us for the Melbourne launch of The Community Builder’s Journal with two of the authors: Peter Westoby and Rachael Donovan (Community Praxis Co-op).
We will hear about the purpose and intention of the book from the authors/practitioners, and participate in an activity from one of the chapter entries.
An invitation to community leaders, volunteers, community development workers and anyone interested in strengthening community.
